Community Impact

Community Campaigns are melting pots of players, allowing individuals to meet and play in their largest campaign ever.

Outreach

Community campaigns are advertised to the public via partnerships with local game stores and online channels to consistently keep a growing outreach to new and old players alike.

Opportunities a Plenty

The express purpose of Community Campaigns is to create opportunities to play for as many people as possible, as one of the largest barriers to a memorable game is finding enough people to play.

Over 90% of Quelmar Community came into Quelmar through a Community Campaign, they are overwhelmingly the #1 way through which Quelmar has introduced wonderful new people to each other and brought people together to launch countless other (smaller, private) campaigns.

Local Partnerships

Working with local gamestores such as "Master Goblin Games" (pictured above) we drive patronage weekly to local tables.

Public Engagement

Larger events, often called "Mega Games", are used to bring an even larger than usual number of players together to celebrate a one-of-a-kind gaming event.

Inclusive

We have welcomed actors, scientists, authors, artists, and people of all backgrounds, creeds, and lifestyles into our circles of storytelling.

Impact

Every Community Campaign has helped players find each other and launch "satellite" campaigns, often connected to larger community events or characters.

Faq

How many games do I get to play a month?

We tend to see players play once a month, minimum. Particularly enthusiastic players may find themselves being seated twice or even more a month, depending on variables such as last-minute player dropouts and sizes of the tables.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing! Community Campaigns are designed to provide the players with everything they need. Depending on the campaign, a player may be asked to create a character ahead of time to bring to their first table, but our DMs provide paper, pencils, dice, and more if needed.

What is the Code of Conduct?

The Quelmar Code of Conduct can vary slightly campaign to campaign, but generally speaking it contains all rules neede to ensure participants can have fun and feel safe and included at all times. As we say: "Fun at others' expense is no fun at all".

Do I need to return the rental with a full tank?

What? No, this is a tabletop community not a truck rental service.
